Fifty years of yarn, patience, and pride.
Deanna Schwindt learned to crochet at age 10, taught by her grandmother at the kitchen table. Everything after that came from books, magazines, and thousands of hours of practice.
She makes stuffed animals, amigurumi, dishcloths, potholders, and just about anything she can tackle. Since retiring, this lifelong love has become a small business, complete with craft fairs and a set of county fair blue ribbons. Each piece is created with extreme pride, one stitch at a time.

Most custom plushies are finished in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on size and detail. Kitchen items such as dishcloths and potholders usually take 1 to 2 weeks. Busy holiday months can add a little time, and you will always get an honest date before work begins.
Spot clean plushies with mild soap and cool water, then let them air dry away from direct heat. Cotton kitchen items are machine washable in cold water. Lay them flat to dry and reshape while damp.
Yes. Ask for embroidered eyes and noses instead of plastic safety eyes and your plushie will have no small parts that can work loose. This option is recommended for children under 3 and is available on every design.
Absolutely. Send a photo or a description of what you have in mind, along with your preferred colors. Deanna designs each custom piece from scratch, so movie friends, game heroes, and original ideas are all welcome.
Mainly soft polyester yarn for plushies, since it stays cuddly and holds color well, and premium polyester fiberfill for stuffing. Kitchen items are worked in durable cotton yarn that handles heat and repeat washing.
Ready to ship items usually leave within 2 to 3 business days. Made to order pieces ship as soon as they are finished. You will get a note with tracking details once your order is on its way.
